The PVC profile production line is specifically designed for manufacturing punched hole plastic PVC waterstops and various other PVC profiles including window & door profiles, ceiling panels, and trunking. Custom solutions and molds are developed based on specific drawing sections.
The complete production flow: PVC powder + additive → mixing-material feeder → twin screw extruder → mold and calibrator → vacuum forming table → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack.
Crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency, and machine durability. Features international standard single screw and barrel with strong rigidity for long service life and superior plasticizing effect.
Double strand mold configuration significantly improves productivity. Optimized channel design ensures high flow performance while advanced plate mold technology delivers profiles with exceptional precision.
Features stable steel frame construction with SUS 304 stainless steel body. Includes multi-dimension position adjustment system with precisely laid out water pumps and vacuum calibrators for rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles.
Automatically winds finished waterstop strips into neat, uniform rolls. Provides consistent tension control during winding to prevent deformation or stretching. Features adjustable coil diameter and winding speed for improved efficiency and convenient storage and transport.
