Product Overview
This PVC pipe extruder with conical twin screw, also known as a plastic pipe extruder or double screw extrusion machine, is designed for efficient plasticizing, extruding, and forming of PVC materials. The system consists of barrel screw, gear transmission system, measurable feeding, vacuum deareating, heating, cooling, and electric control components.
The conical twin screw extruder processes PVC compounds (mixtures of PVC and wood composite) as well as compounds of PP, PE and wood powder. When equipped with different die heads and downstream equipment, it can manufacture pipes, profiles, composite profiles, panels, sheets, and handle pelletizing operations.

Technical Specifications
PVC compounds are sensitive to shearing and high temperatures, requiring gentle processing on either parallel or conical twin screw extruders. The selection depends on throughput requirements and pipe dimensions.
The conical twin screw extruder processes not only PVC compounds (PVC and wood/composite mixtures) but also compounds of PP/PE and wood powder. The logical combination of motor, gearbox, frequency inverter, barrel, and screw significantly contributes to energy efficiency.
