Large Diameter HDPE Pipe Production:

For the large diameter HDPE pipe, it is often used in water supply or sewage pipe field due to its very thick wall. For the 630-800mm diameter pipe line, we adopt 120/38 350KW extruder to ensure its output capacity. Our motor is -beide(joint venture in China). It has very good quality and long lifeworking time. Meanwhile due to it is famous brand in the whole world, it has good after-sales service. Our vacuum tank is 9 meteres long with totally SUS304/3mm. This steel thickness ensures the tank strong and good vacuum effect. For the large diameter with thick wall HDPE pipe, this line also equips with two 9 meters long spraying cooling tank. We used good quality sprazzles ensuring the spraying water even and continuous. For the cuttting system, it equips two kinds of cutting including knife cutting and planetary cutting. The cuttting system has automatic adjustment system. It could be adjusted according to different producing pipe size. Our machine is totally automatical that can start production by one buttom. It makes that production without workers come true.

PE granules—material feeder—single screw extruder—mould and calibrator—vacuum forming machine—two-staged spraying cooling machine—haul-off machine—knife cutter—stacker.

Single screw extruder machine

The extruder are crafted with top brand components to ensure production stability, efficiency and machine durability. Our extruder allocate international standard single screw and barrel. The screw has strong rigidity ensuring long service life and distinguished plasticizing effect.

Mould

The mould has spacious flow channel design to guarantee high extrusion capacity and good melting effect.

It is made and inspected by the experienced manufacturer. The optimized temperature control and flow channel design ensures precise melt temperature control.

Vacuum and cooling tank

The vacuum calibration tank adopts stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes. The holder in first step of the vacuum calibration tank guarantees the pipe shaped and provides extra power for the pipes moving on.

Haul-off Unit

The ten crawler track on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe running stably and steady. utilize a unique mechanism to prevent pipe ovality while our unique belt design assures proper pulling without slippage.

Cutting Unit

We offers two cutting methods including rapid cutter and planetary cutter. In accordance to the

produced pipe material, the cutting way can be switched randomly.

Tipping table

Our Tipping table is made by 304 quality stainless material of iron structure, sturdy structure and heavy load bearing. Our rubber wheel steady hold the pipe product without scratch risk.

After-sales services:

During the machine production process, we will regularly send photos to report the production status of the equipment. When the machine finished, we will arrange trial test that invite buyer coming to factory to checking the machine. Once the buyer is satisfied with the results of testing, we will order ships and deal the shipping date. All the shipping documents will be responsible by us. Our unified process will save all the problems and do everything for you.

When the machine arrived your factory, we could arrange engineers coming to site to installation, commissioning and training your workers. For the machine, we provide 18 month warranty since the machine shipped. For the guidance of the production, we provide life-long service.
