For cost-effective production, recycled materials can be incorporated as the middle layer in PE thick wall pipes. Vacuum Calibration & Cooling System: Dual-chamber construction with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the extended 8-meter cooling process ensures precise pipe sizing and optimal surface quality.
Advanced Haul-off Unit: Triple crawler track system provides stable and consistent pipe movement. Customizable hauling configurations adapt to specific production requirements through centralized control systems.
Precision Cutting Unit: High-accuracy encoder technology delivers exact cutting lengths. PLC-controlled system supports manual operation for specific applications. All surfaces utilize stainless steel 304 construction for enhanced corrosion resistance and extended service life.
