Industrial High-Speed Hot Heating Cooling PVC Mixer Machine
Langbo Machinery offers heating mixer, cooler mixer and mixers combination. The heating mixers are applied for mixing, coloring and drying in the plastics industry. The structure design of cooler mixer can be vertical or horizontal type.
Applications
Primarily used for mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, drying before molding and processing of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and mixing of phenolic resins. The cooling process prevents clumping and degradation of hot mixed material, allowing additives to penetrate into plastic resin, eliminating residual gases, and storing hot mixed material.
