Vacuum Calibration & Cooling System: Dual-chamber construction with separate vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the extended 8-meter cooling process ensures optimal pipe surface quality and complete material stabilization.
Haul-off Unit: Triple crawler track system provides stable pipe transportation with customizable hauling configurations through centralized control adjustments.
Precision Cutting Unit: High-accuracy encoder technology delivers consistent cutting lengths. PLC-controlled manual operation capability with full stainless steel 304 construction for corrosion resistance and extended service life.
