Production Capabilities
This extrusion line is widely used for producing various WPC profiles, including decking profiles, panels, boards, fencing posts, rails, cladding, and wall panels.
Processing Workflow
The complete process flow: PP/PE/PVC + wood powder + additive → mixing material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould → calibration table → cutting unit → discharge rack.
This WPC profile extrusion line features a conical twin screw extruder with degassing system for excellent material plasticization. The mould and calibrator utilize wearable materials, while the haul-off and cutter machines can be designed as complete units or separate machines.

Plate Mould
We offer double strand mould for PVC trunking production line, significantly improving productivity. Optimized channel design ensures high flow performance, while advanced plate mould technology produces profiles with high precision.
Calibration Table
Features stable steel frame construction with SUS 304 stainless steel body. Multi-dimension position adjustment system with precisely arranged water pumps and vacuum calibrators ensures rapid shaping and cooling of PVC profiles. Sufficient length guarantees proper profile formation.
Haul-off & Cutter Combination
Even force distribution along each crawler track provides sufficient hauling force. High-quality rubber components ensure reliable operation. Pneumatic pressure system facilitates easy adjustment and product protection. Two cutting methods available: swarfless and saw cutting, customizable to your requirements.
