The Pipe Coiler is an essential component of the PE Pipe Profile Extrusion Production Line, designed to efficiently wind and coil extruded polyethylene (PE) pipes into compact, manageable rolls. Ideal for manufacturers of irrigation, drainage, and utility pipes, this high-performance coiler ensures smooth, tangle-free winding, optimizing storage and transportation.

2.Palletizing system (first choice for saving labor costs)
3.PLC programming control, HMI interactive panel operation
4.The reel ID and width can be adjusted according to your own needs.
Strapping machinery:
1. Automatic operation, no need for manual operation
2. Adjustable strapping tightness and number of strapping straps on the coil
3. Use PP material straps, which are strong and wear-resistant.
4. Optional strap specifications: 16mm or 19mm
5. Use hot-melt connection to fasten the strapping tape to ensure that the strapping tape is not easy to open and the coiled pipe is not easy to fall apart.
