APPLICATION:
The Machine Pipe Manufacturing Extruder PE Corrugated Hose Machine is a high-efficiency production line designed for manufacturing polyethylene (PE) corrugated pipes and hoses used in drainage, irrigation, cable protection, and industrial fluid transportation. This advanced machine ensures high precision, durability, and smooth operation, producing pipes with excellent flexibility, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Process flow:
Plastic automatic charger→Hopper plastic dryer→Single screw extruder→Mould and calibrator→ Vacuum forming machine→Haul off machine→Cutting machine→Discharging rack
Raw Material Feeding – PE pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Melting & Extrusion – The screw extruder heats and melts the PE material, pushing it through the die head.
Vacuum Cooling & Shaping – The molten pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to form the corrugated shape and cool it rapidly.
Corrugation Molding – The pipe enters the corrugator mold, where it gets its ribbed structure for flexibility and strength.
Secondary Cooling – The pipe goes through a water cooling tank to stabilize its shape.
Traction & Cutting – An auto-puller draws the pipe forward, and a cutting device slices it to the required length.
Stacking & Packaging – The finished pipes are collected, inspected, and packed for shipment.
