APPLICATION:
This high-performance single screw extrusion machine is designed for manufacturing PE (Polyethylene) plastic pipes and tubes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 630mm. It is suitable for producing HDPE, LDPE, and other thermoplastic pipes used in water supply, drainage, irrigation, gas transmission, and industrial applications.
With an output capacity of 80kg to 800kg per hour, this machine ensures high efficiency, stable operation, and consistent pipe quality. The extrusion system features precision temperature control, a robust screw design, and advanced extrusion technology to ensure smooth material flow and uniform pipe thickness.

Technological processes

Material Feeding
PE plastic granules are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Optional drying system (if moisture absorption is a concern).
Melting & Extrusion
The single screw extruder heats and melts the plastic granules.
The screw rotates to push the molten plastic through the die head, forming a continuous pipe shape.
Vacuum Sizing & Calibration
The extruded pipe passes through a vacuum sizing tank to ensure accurate diameter and roundness.
Cooling water sprays help solidify the pipe structure.
Cooling
The pipe moves through a cooling tank (spray or immersion type) to fully harden.
Hauling (Pulling)
A haul-off machine grips and pulls the pipe at a controlled speed to maintain consistency.
Cutting
An automatic cutting machine (saw or planetary cutter) cuts the pipe to the required length.
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are collected and stacked for packaging.
Optional printing or marking system for labeling.
