PE Carbon Piral Reinforcing Pipe Production Making Machine
APPLICATION:
Special single screw extruder for polyolefine materials.High speed extrusion and effective plasticization. The special detachment type mixing screw and the standard designed die with spiral structure&reasonable channel are applicabe to produce the pipe with smooth inside and outside wall. Unique sizing and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe scope 50-200mm,and the production speed is up to 0.6-1.5m/min.

Material Preparation
PE (Polyethylene) & Carbon Fiber Mixing: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) and carbon fiber materials are prepared and mixed to enhance strength and durability.
Extrusion Process
Single/Dual Screw Extrusion: The PE-carbon composite is melted and extruded through a screw extruder to form a continuous pipe profile.
Spiral Winding & Reinforcement
Helical Winding Mechanism: The extruded pipe is wound in a spiral pattern using a rotating mandrel or winding machine to enhance rigidity.
Cutting & Length Adjustment
Automatic Cutting: A servo-driven cutter trims the pipe to specified lengths.
Inspection & Quality Control
Dimensional Checks: Laser sensors measure diameter, thickness, and roundness.

An extrusion die head can be added to your existing extruder machine to produce 3 layer pipe with a recycled core, allowing you to save money on raw materials.
