This machine can be equipped simply with various filling device: intelligent combination weigher, auger

dosing machine, the filling device of liquid paste, pickles, cup and other special products. Instead of

the traditional manual packing, it realizes production automation of the product packaging. This machine

improves production efficiency and reduces product cost.

Performance characteristics:

1.The electrical control system adopts advanced Siemens PLC with color POD, easy to operate. The main

motor adopts frequency control, which can set the frequency on the color POD depends on actual demand

during production within limits.

2.The automatic checkout equipment of standard configuration detects air pressure, temperature

controller, bags situation to judge the machine state. And it can control the coding machine, filling

device, heat sealing device, thereby avoiding materials waste and saving cost.

3.This machine meets the hygienic standard of Foodstuff processing machinery. Parts in contact with

material are made of stainless steel or other materials in accordance with food hygiene requirements,

which are of hygienic and safe.

4.It is suitable for different packing bag. Bags which made of multi-layer composite membrane, monolayer

PE＆PP can be applied to this machine.

5.This machine makes a broad range of materials. According to the packaging material selects different

filling device, can realize packaging of liquid, paste, powder, pickles, granules, solid material and

other special materials.

6.The machine uses prefabricated bags. It can keep the sealing effect and bags shape of the product

packaging perfect.

7.It can rapidly replace different bags. The width of the manipulator device can be adjusted quickly and

easily only is required to regulate handle once.

8.This machine adopts level bag conveying method, therefore, the bag storage mechanism can store more

bags, the packing quality is good and the usage rate of bags is high.
