Technology Overview
The design of primary combustion chamber of the incinerator uses gasification incineration technology to make the temperature in the furnace of the incinerator change from 200 to 850℃,the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber can reach 1100-1300℃,garbage will not be in the incineration process Problems such as frit, slag, and sintering occur. Compared with direct combustion furnaces and others furnaces,the gasification incinerator has a small amount of dust.

A secondary incineration burner and a circulating air supply device are installed in the secondary mixing incineration chamber.At high temperatures,the combusible gas in the flue gas can be fully burned,and the gas generated by the gasifier can be efficiently mixed with air to burn, to prevent the carbon material in the gas flame from escaping and the occurrence of delayed burning.When the flue gas enters the high-temperature burn-out chamber,it adopts tangential entry and of combustion-supporting air ,etc.
The residence time in the furnace is greater than 2 seconds,so that the combustible gas in the flue gas and the combustibles in the fly ash are completely incinerated ,and the gas purification equipment is provided at the rear of the incinerator.
