Product Introduction
The working principle of the spray tower is to spray the waste gas into the tower through nozzles, and the liquid (e.g., water or chemical solution) comes into contact with the waste gas in the form of a spray, causing the pollutants in the gas to be dissolved, adsorbed, or captured. The treated exhaust gas is discharged through the top of the tower, while the pollutants are removed through the liquid or precipitated to the bottom of the tower for subsequent treatment.
The working process of spray tower is roughly as follows:
(1) Exhaust gas enters the tower: Exhaust gas containing harmful substances enters through the air inlet at the bottom or side of the tower.
(2) Gas-liquid contact: the waste gas is atomised into small liquid droplets through the nozzles, and these droplets and the waste gas are in full contact, so that the pollutants in the gas are absorbed, dissolved or adsorbed by the liquid.
(3) Gas purification: the purified gas is discharged through the upper part of the tower.
(4) Wastewater treatment: the sewage and pollutants accumulated at the bottom of the tower are discharged through a drain pipe and subsequently treated (e.g. precipitation, filtration or chemical treatment).
