U-screw conveyor is mainly used for horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various loose
materials such as powder, granular and small block. From the Angle of conveying material
displacement direction, screw conveyor is divided into horizontal screw conveyor and vertical
screw conveyor two types. Screw conveyors are used to transport powder or solid particles
with high temperature and other chemical and building materials products. Screw conveyor
is all made of steel, screw conveyor inside is a conveyor pipe, the blade into a spiral welded
on the conveyor pipe.
When U-type screw conveyor works, the motor drives the rotating spiral blade to transport
the material. The spiral blade welded on the rotating shaft of the screw conveyor has a solid
surface type, belt surface type, blade surface type and other types according to the different
conveying materials. The force that makes the material not rotate with the screw conveyor
blade is the material's own weight and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor housing
to the material.
Screw conveyor is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying powder, granular and small
block materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc., the material temperature is
less than 200℃. Such as building materials, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, coal coal
, grain and other industries. It is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to
deteriorate, sticky and easy to caking.
