High-Pressure Pulse Baghouse Dust Collector — All-Round Solution for Industrial Dust Control
I. Core Advantages
Ultra-High Efficiency Filtration: Adopts polyester membrane filter bags, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for dust particles larger than 0.3μm. The emission concentration is ≤10mg/Nm³, easily meeting the special emission limits specified in GB4915-2013.
Intelligent Dust Cleaning System: Equipped with DMF-Z type electromagnetic pulse valves, featuring a blowing pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa and a response time of ≤0.15s. Combined with PLC dual-mode control (timing + differential pressure feedback), it avoids excessive dust cleaning that may damage filter bags.
Wide Working Condition Adaptability: Filter bag materials are selectable (polyester for 130℃, P84 for 260℃, PTFE for 260℃), capable of handling high-temperature, high-humidity, and corrosive gases. The inlet dust concentration tolerance range is 3-5g/m³.

III. Application Scenarios
It is suitable for building material factories (cement dust), metallurgical workshops (metal fumes), wood processing plants (sawdust), chemical plants (corrosive dust), etc. Customization of inlet size and filter bag material is supported based on pipeline layout and dust characteristics.
IV. Structural Features
The cabinet is welded with Q345B carbon steel, with an air leakage rate of ≤2%.
Filter bags adopt spring expanding ring sealing, reducing replacement time by 50%.
Equipped with an automatic ash discharge valve and a sealed ash hopper to avoid secondary dust emission.
