bag dust collector for cement factory dryer can be elaborated as follows:
During the operation of the mechanical rotary reverse air bag dust collector, the air flow rotates
in the lower cylinder section after the dust-bearing gas enters the dust collector along the
tangential direction from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, the dust
with large particle size is separated and moved down the wall of the cylinder into the ash hopper.
The finer dust rises with the air flow and is filtered through the trapezoidal (round or oval) filter bag
arranged in a radial shape, and the dust is blocked on the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas
passes through the filter bag and enters the clean gas chamber above the filter bag mouth and is
discharged by the outlet pipe.
Mechanical rotary reverse air bag dust collector is widely used in many industries, such as cement
industry: used for dust treatment of coal mill, powder mill, grate cooler and other equipment.
Steel industry: dust purification generated in the process of steel smelting, rolling, etc. Chemical
industry: dealing with all kinds of dust and particulate matter produced in the process of chemical production.
