The QAB-S014 square spigot is a high‑strength core‑drilled fixing engineered for frameless glass balustrades and railings. Manufactured by precision investment casting in 2205 duplex stainless steel – with AISI316 and AISI304 options available – this 220mm spigot delivers superior structural support and exceptional corrosion resistance for demanding architectural environments. The friction‑fit system secures glass panels without drilling, preserving panel integrity and enabling clean, uninterrupted sightlines. Accommodating glass thicknesses from 10mm to 14mm, the spigot includes an integrated one‑piece EPDM gasket and pressure plate for a watertight seal. Available in mirror, brushed satin, or matt black finishes, with a flat cover ring included. Independently tested to relevant standards at a NATA‑accredited facility.
Engineered for frameless glass balustrades in residential, commercial, and public settings – including balconies, terraces, staircases, mezzanine levels, shopping centres, hotels, and office buildings.
