The QAB-S002 friction spigot is a square-flanged surface-mount fixing engineered for frameless glass balustrades. Investment-cast in 2205 duplex stainless steel (SS304/SS316L optional), it delivers outstanding strength and corrosion resistance for demanding architectural environments. The spigot securely accommodates 12 mm glass panels via a friction-fit system that eliminates drilling through the glass – preserving panel integrity while ensuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Available in mirror or brushed satin finishes, with an integrated one-piece EPDM gasket, pressure plate, and domed cover ring included. Independently tested to relevant standards at a NATA-accredited facility.
