The QAB-S012 is a square‑flanged adjustable glass spigot engineered for frameless balustrade and railing systems. At 160mm high, it is precision investment‑cast in 2205 duplex stainless steel as standard, with AISI 316 and AISI 304 also available for varying exposure conditions. The adjustable design compensates for minor substrate irregularities, ensuring consistent glass alignment. Friction‑fit retention requires no holes through the glass, while the integrated one‑piece EPDM gasket and pressure plate deliver a secure, watertight hold. Suitable for 12mm glass, it comes in mirror, brushed satin, or matt black finishes and has been tested at a NATA‑accredited facility.
Designed for core‑drilled or surface‑mounted frameless glass balustrades, including balconies, terraces, staircases, and mezzanine edges. The adjustable base is particularly useful where concrete, stone, or tile surfaces are not perfectly level. Suitable for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
