The QAB-S018 is an adjustable rubber square-flanged glass spigot engineered for frameless balustrade and railing systems. With a 160mm overall height, it combines precision investment casting with a vibration-damping rubber adjustment mechanism that compensates for minor substrate irregularities. The standard material is 2205 duplex stainless steel, while AISI 316 and AISI 304 are also available for different exposure levels. Friction-fit retention means no holes are drilled through the glass, and the integrated one-piece EPDM gasket and pressure plate create a secure, watertight hold. Suitable for 12mm glass, it is offered in mirror, brushed satin, or matt black finishes and has been tested at a NATA-accredited facility.
Designed for core-drilled mounting in frameless glass balustrades, including balconies, terraces, staircases, mezzanine edges, and pool surrounds. The adjustable rubber element makes it especially useful where concrete, stone, or tile surfaces are not perfectly level. Suitable for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
