The ProHeat HF Induction Pipe Preheating System is a state-of-the-art, high-frequency induction heating solution designed specifically for the preheating and interpass temperature control of girth welds on long-distance pipelines. It provides fast, uniform, and precisely controlled heating circumferentially around the pipe, ensuring optimal weld quality by meeting critical preheat temperature requirements as specified by welding procedure specifications (WPS). This non-contact system is ideal for onshore and offshore pipeline construction and maintenance.
