The WINCOO chain-type hydraulic jacking system is widely used for inverted construction of vertical cylindrical steel tanks in the petrochemical industry, steel liner construction in power plant chimneys, and inverted construction of vertical cylindrical low-temperature tanks. WINCOO offers three types of hydraulic jacking systems — advanced hydraulic jacking system, simple unfixing holding-latch hydraulic jacking system, and the simple chain-type hydraulic jacking system — allowing customers to select the configuration that best matches their specific project requirements.
The LYT-type hydraulic hoist operates on a straightforward yet highly effective principle: multiple hydraulic jacks are evenly distributed around the inner wall of the tank. The tank roof and the top (first layer) wall plates are lifted first, creating space to install and weld the next wall plates. When oil enters the hydraulic jack, the movable pulley is pushed upward by the piston, driving the load-bearing chain to lift the expansion ring — thereby raising the entire tank (including the tank roof) until it reaches the preset height. This inverted lifting method significantly reduces the need for costly external cranes and complex scaffolding, directly translating into lower project costs and faster completion.
