All-position automatic pipeline welding robot is a new automatic pipeline laying welding equipment with compact structure, high quality and high efficiency, which is suitable for the welding of oil and gas pipelines.

The welding robot is the first one that adopts the field bus and network technology to design the control system. This technology can perfectly realize the modular combination of walking mechanism and swinging mechanism, and can greatly reduce the labor intensity of welders. The walking mechanism is installed on the flexible guide rail through the locking mechanism to complete the welding of each welding trolley from top to bottom to complete the welding of half a circle of the pipe. The welding program is controlled by computer. The current welding position is measured by the inclination sensor mounted on the welding trolley. The computer outputs the motion parameters of the welding trolley and the electrical parameters of the welding power source matching the current position, so as to achieve a good welding seam formation. In practical engineering application, different welding methods and different welding gun configurations can be adopted according to specific needs, so as to achieve the welding production efficiency required by engineering operations.

Product Features

1, The mechanical body structure is compact, light weight, can be used for large diameter pipe laying and other harsh occasions, low labor intensity of workers;

2, Flexible guide rail is completed by hot machining of spring steel. Flexible guide rail can be extended at will to realize welding of infinite pipes (greater than DN600, all the way to the flat plate). Flexible guide rail adopts fast locking mechanism, locking reliable, convenient;

3, the use of special welding gun and its conductive nozzle design, so that it can be used for narrow groove welding;

4, Among similar devices, the control system design based on field bus and network technology is adopted for the first time, with fewer control cables, high maintainability and scalability;

5, "on-board computing" intelligent driver is adopted to realize the intelligent control of welding trolley;

6, Through the synergistic technology of the motion parameters of the welding trolley and the electrical parameters of the welding power source, such as the welding electrical parameters and the motion parameters are partitioned according to the spatial Angle. The high precision control of all position welding process is realized.

7, Arc tracking function (high and low and left and right directions) is optional. Tracking of swing width is under test.

8, Optional visual tracking (high and low, left and right and swing width);

9, Optional adaptive control expert system for welding process parameters;

10, Various welding methods can be adopted, such as tig welding, mma welding and flux cored wire welding. Different welding modes can be selected according to different application situations. The ground pipeline is laid in pulse mode, while the submarine pipeline is laid in dc mode.

11, It can adopt common welding gun, Tandem welding gun and other configurations to meet the requirements of welding efficiency on different occasions.

12, With dual Tandem welding gun configuration, the maximum deposition rate of dual Tandem welding gun can reach 76kg/ h. High deposition rate can reduce the number of workstations and save labor and equipment investment costs.
