DCL explosion-proof electric actuators are widely used in chemical plants, power stations, wineries, oil & gas facilities, and other hazardous industrial environments. The actuator adopts a cylinder-stop flameproof joint with highly precise machining. The connection surfaces between the body and covers comply with the required flameproof gap and length specifications of ATEX, IECEx, UL, and CSA standards. The protection grade is Ex d IIC T4 for ATEX, IECEx, and Zone systems, and Class I, Division 1, Groups C & D, T4 for the U.S. Division system.
A middle-position function is available for applications requiring the valve to stop at three defined positions. Two dry-contact feedback signals are provided for full-open and full-close status indication. The actuator can be installed at any angle (360°) on pipelines or equipment, and the valve will remain in its last known position in the event of a power loss. An optional dehumidification heater is also available to prevent condensation and protect internal components.
