High-Frequency Modulation and Long Service Life
For applications requiring frequent and precise valve positioning, DCL actuators use heavy-duty motors with a duty cycle of up to 70%. This enables frequent modulation and repeated positioning while maintaining stable performance over extended operating periods. Their durable mechanical and electrical design helps reduce maintenance requirements and supports a lower total cost of ownership over the actuator’s service life.
Reliable Operation for Indoor and Outdoor Applications
Designed for demanding HVAC environments, DCL compact electric actuators are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. An optional anti-condensation heater can be integrated to help prevent internal moisture accumulation and reduce the risk of condensation-related corrosion.
