Precision Engineered for Ultimate Safety To guarantee uncompromising explosion-proof performance, the flameproof joints between the housing covers and cylinder stops are machined to perfection. We don't just meet strict UL standards for gap dimensions and engagement lengths—we exceed them. Because precision is critical, DCL enforces internal dimensional tolerances that are even tighter than UL requirements, backed by comprehensive, 100% inspections of all actuator bodies and covers prior to assembly.
Advanced Thermal Control At the heart of the DCL-Ex10 is a custom-engineered, fully enclosed, non-ventilated motor that delivers exceptional starting torque. Despite its ultra-compact design, the actuator features superior heat dissipation. This effectively manages internal temperatures during heavy-load operations, ensuring the outer shell never exceeds 135°C (275°F) and completely eliminating external ignition risks.
