Made from one of the hardest minerals on earth, quartz countertops are the most durable option for kitchens. But unlike natural-stone slabs, which are mined, these slabs are engineered in a factory. Their primary ingredient is ground quartz (about 94 percent), combined with polyester resins to bind it and pigments to give it color. For some designs, small amounts of recycled glass or metallic flecks are added to the mix. The resins also help make these counters stain and scratch resistant—and nonporous, so they never need to be sealed.
Quartz stone is produced in slabs. The production process of Quartz stone slabs begins with pure natural quartz aggregates that are extracted from the highest quality quartz quarries and selected in various dimensions to combine with pigments and polyester resins and then pass through vibro-compression process where vibration, vacuum and pressure are applied to create a compact and durable surfacing material.
Our factory select the best ground quartz by establishing our own ground quartz factory at Heyuan Guangdong province, and using the best quality polymer. Further more, our R&D team build our own update all the related machines and equipments. This quality tested by our famouse buyer world widely. Tips of cleaing
Quartz stone is a nonporous, therefore easy to clean and hygienic material that is stain-free and highly abrasion, scratch and impact resistant. There is no need to for sealing or polishing, thus it is virtually maintenance-free.
