YCP-85 is a polisher with three CNC axis for spherical and aspherical lenses. The working range is Dia. 10mm to 85mm with less than 1N for spherical and plano only. Easy input all the data with the Interface, easy to run the machine. 500 workpiece data can be memory for picking up in future.

1.The machine base on natural granite, low deformation with the temperature.
2.All the driving parts such as linear guide and ball screw are from HIWIN Taiwan. Meet all the accuracy which designed, and keep the machine in high accuracy and reliable.
3.All the bearings for rotating parts are from FAG Germany, keep the rotate accuracy less than 3μm.
Polishing Slurry Supply System:
The chiller is used for polishing slurry system, to keep the spindle and slurry working in the certain temperature. Keeps the polishing slurry in good condition.
