In terms of processing characteristics, it is equipped with a unique non-orthogonal ro-tary swing arm with precessional motion—this design prevents the polishing speed at the contact zone center from dro-pping to zero , generates random surface textures for better surface quality, and supports a quasi-Gaussian removal fu-nction to facilitate surface figure convergence.
