The MQ6025A Universal Tool Grinder is a versatile grinding machine designed for sharpening and reconditioning cutting tools made of HSS, tungsten carbide, and other tool materials. It is suitable for cylindrical grinding, surface groove grinding, forming surface grinding, cutter grinding, drill bit grinding, reamer grinding, and various precision tool maintenance applications.
With additional attachments, the machine can grind different types of cutting tools, including gears, worm wheel hobs, forming cutters, ball end mills, twist drill bits, taper reamers, and other complex tools. This makes it a practical solution for tool rooms, CNC workshops, mold factories, machinery repair shops, hardware processing plants, and precision machining workshops.
The MQ6025A provides a maximum workpiece swing diameter of 250 mm and a maximum distance of 630 mm between the front and rear centers, making it suitable for a wide range of tool grinding and workpiece support requirements. The operating table size of 940 × 135 mm and the table left-right movement of 480 mm provide stable support for flexible grinding operations.
The grinding head offers 360° horizontal rotation and 30° vertical swing, allowing operators to adjust the grinding angle according to different tool shapes and processing needs. The grinding head speed of 3050/6095 rpm supports efficient tool sharpening and surface finishing.
