The QD560 Five-Axis CNC Tool Grinder is a high-precision grinding machine designed for small-diameter cutting tool manufacturing, carbide tool grinding, end mill grinding, drill grinding, reamer processing, step tool grinding, and custom precision tool production. With a processing workpiece diameter range of 3–12 mm, this machine is especially suitable for precision tools requiring stable clamping, accurate motion control, and consistent grinding quality.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision direct-drive spindle and dual grinding wheel flanges. The dual-flange design can hold 2–4 grinding wheels, allowing quick wheel position changes and flexible grinding process arrangements. This helps improve machining efficiency and makes the machine suitable for various grinding tasks and complex tool geometries.
The workpiece spindle adopts DD direct drive, combined with a pneumatic holder and Schaublin collets for automatic clamping. This configuration helps improve clamping efficiency, workpiece stability, rotation accuracy, and grinding consistency during precision tool production.
The QD560 is equipped with a SYNTEC 210MA-5E five-axis CNC system and a precision probe, providing accurate control and reliable detection for tool grinding operations. The CNC system supports stable multi-axis coordination, helping ensure smooth tool path execution and consistent machining results.
