The QD680 Six-Axis CNC Tool Grinder is a high-precision grinding machine designed for carbide tool manufacturing, end mill grinding, drill grinding, reamer processing, cutter grinding, step tool grinding, special tool production, and precision cutting tool regrinding. With a processing workpiece diameter range of 3–32 mm, the QD680 is suitable for a wide range of small and medium-sized precision cutting tools.
The machine adopts an arc-designed body with natural marble structural components, offering excellent rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term stability. The user-friendly HMI design improves operation convenience and supports efficient human-machine interaction during precision grinding production.
The QD680 is equipped with a high-precision direct-drive variable-frequency electric spindle. The dual grinding wheel flange design can carry multiple grinding wheels, allowing fast wheel position changes and flexible grinding process arrangements. This helps improve grinding efficiency and makes the machine suitable for various tool geometries and multi-process grinding requirements.
For motion and control performance, the machine integrates a Syntec 5-axis linkage CNC system, Renishaw probe, linear motor direct drive, high-precision linear scales, and a direct-drive rotary table. The A-axis and C-axis adopt DD direct-drive full closed-loop control, providing accurate rotary positioning, smooth movement, and reliable machining consistency.
