The High-Precision Five-Axis CNC Tool Grinder is an advanced grinding solution designed for precision tool manufacturing, carbide tool grinding, end mill grinding, drill grinding, reamer processing, step tool grinding, and high-accuracy cutting tool production. With a 15 kW direct-drive spindle grinding head, linear motor driven X/Y axes, full closed-loop control, and precision Renishaw probing, this machine provides excellent rigidity, high grinding accuracy, stable repeatability, and efficient tool processing performance.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision 15 kW direct-drive spindle grinding head, providing strong power output and stable high-speed grinding capability. The grinding wheel flange can clamp 2-4 grinding wheels in one setup, allowing multiple grinding operations to be completed with fewer tool changes. This improves machining efficiency and supports complex tool geometry processing.
The workpiece spindle adopts DD direct drive, combined with a Schaublin precision collet and W25 precision clamping system. This configuration helps improve workpiece clamping accuracy, rotation stability, and grinding consistency, making it suitable for high-precision cutting tools and small-diameter tool processing.
