The HNC-50T Series Hard-Guideway CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity CNC turning solution designed for precision turning, heavy-duty part machining, flange part machining, shaft part machining, drilling, tapping, milling, and turning-milling compound machining. This series includes HNC-50T, HNC-50TC, and HNC-50TY, offering flexible configurations from standard slant-bed turning to C-axis turning-milling and Y-axis turning-milling applications.
The 50T series adopts an integral inclined bed structure and hard guideway design. The machine features high rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for machining heavy parts and complex components requiring stable cutting performance.
The HNC-50TC is equipped with a power servo turret and C-axis function, suitable for turning-milling compound machining. The HNC-50TY adopts a hard-guideway Y-axis with a multi-station power servo turret, making it suitable for complex parts that require turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in one setup.
