The HNC-36 Series Precision CNC Lathe is a compact and efficient turning solution designed for precision turning, shaft part machining, flange part machining, drilling, tapping, milling, and turning-milling compound machining. This series includes HNC-36, HNC-36C, and HNC-36Y, providing flexible configurations from a standard servo turret to a power turret and an orthogonal Y-axis power turret.
The HNC-36Y is equipped with an orthogonal Y-axis turret and tailstock, making it suitable for precision turning and milling compound machining. Its compact structure and small footprint make it ideal for workshops requiring efficient use of space and stable machining performance.
The machine adopts an overall 30° inclined bed structure, symmetrical spindle design, and integral hard-guide tailstock, ensuring stable machine performance from the structural design. The spindle uses a combination of double-row cylindrical roller bearings and thrust angular contact bearings, providing excellent accuracy, rigidity, and thermal stability.
