The HQ-50P Ultra-Precision Spherical Surface Turning CNC Machine is a special CNC machine independently developed for precision spherical part machining. It is designed for ultra-precision ball surface turning, spherical profile machining, precision ball parts processing, curved surface turning, and high-accuracy special part manufacturing.
This series maintains the advantages of high efficiency, high rigidity, and good stability. With a large-diameter lead screw, wide guide rail, and large-span slider structure, the machine provides excellent rigidity and stable cutting performance during precision spherical surface machining.
The X-axis adopts a precision small-lead ball screw, providing smooth feeding, accurate positioning, and stable machining performance. This helps improve surface quality and dimensional consistency during high-precision turning.
The machine uses a polar coordinate turntable based on a spherical mathematical model. It provides high rotational accuracy, small lateral clearance, and arc-second-level angular precision. The spherical profile accuracy can reach 0.002 mm, making the machine suitable for demanding ultra-precision spherical component production.
