The Top-Hat Pulse Fiber Laser Cleaning Machine is an advanced laser surface cleaning solution designed for rust removal, paint stripping, oxide layer removal, oil stain cleaning, weld seam cleaning, mold cleaning, curved surface cleaning, and special-shaped part cleaning. Equipped with a pulsed fiber laser and a self-developed intelligent control system, this machine provides stable laser output, precise cleaning control, and flexible operation for a wide range of industrial cleaning applications.
The machine supports independent control of laser pulse frequency and pulse width. By adjusting laser parameters, it can achieve constant peak power output, making it suitable for different cleaning scenarios, surface conditions, and material requirements. Red light assisted focusing helps operators locate the focus position more accurately, while the focus position can be adjusted according to different field lenses for more flexible cleaning performance.
The machine can be equipped with IPG, Raycus, MAX, JPT and other laser sources. With QIANGYUAN Laser's self-developed control system and laser cleaning head, the jumper design allows switching between multiple laser control brands, improving system compatibility and application flexibility.
The T-shaped body design features a built-in dynamic air curtain, which helps protect key components and makes cover opening and unlocking safer. It also helps prevent accidental touches caused by dust removal operation. The handle knob allows operators to adjust parameters in real time, while the chamber temperature can be displayed on the screen for early warning and easier monitoring.
