Product Specification

Incoloy 800 (Base Grade):​ Resists high-temperature corrosion (oxidation/carburization), but has the weakest high-temperature strength among the 800 series. Primarily used for load-bearing applications at medium to low temperatures (below approximately 593°C).
Incoloy 800H (High-Temperature Enhanced):​ Features a slightly adjusted composition (controlled carbon, large grain size) that significantly improves high-temperature creep rupture strength. Designed for high-temperature load-bearing scenarios (approximately 593–982°C), with tensile and yield strengths notably superior to base grade 800.
Inconel 600 (Corrosion Resistance Veteran):​ Resists chloride ion stress corrosion, alkalis, and high-temperature pure water. However, its high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance (especially above 1000°C) are inferior to Alloy 601.
Alloy 601 (Oxidation Resistance King):​ Contains a key addition of aluminum (Al), forming an extremely dense oxide film. Offers exceptional resistance to extreme high-temperature oxidation (can withstand up to 1150°C long-term), along with resistance to carburization and sulfidation.
