Its specific strength (strength/density) far exceeds that of steel and aluminum alloys, making it the top choice for structural weight reduction.· Superior corrosion resistance: It naturally forms a dense oxide film on its surface, making it "immune" to seawater, wet chlorine gas, strong acids, and more. It is a premier material in marine engineering.· Heat and cryogenic resistance: It has an extremely wide operating temperature range.
