Working Principle of Multi-Point Control Magnetic Float Ball Level Gauge Wide Application Range
NYUHZ-FQ series magnetic float level gauge is designed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic force. The magnetic float level gauge is equipped with one or more reed switches in a closed non-magnetically conductive tube, and then the tube is passed through one or more hollow float balls with a ring magnet inside. The ring magnetic float rises with the liquid or The drop will drive the floating ball to move up and down together, so that the reed switch in the non-magnetic tube can be pulled in or disconnected, and the resistance signal corresponding to the liquid level is output and converted into a 4-20mA standard signal output. Sends a contact open (close) switching signal.
