Working Principle of Flange Ultrasonic Level Gauge With Large Transmission Power
The ultrasonic level gauge is installed on the top of the container. Under the control of the electronic unit, the probe emits a beam of ultrasonic pulses to the object to be measured. The sound wave is reflected by the surface of the object, and some of the reflected echoes are received by the probe and converted into electrical signals. The time difference to being re-received and the known speed of sound are used to determine the change of the material level. The microwave signal is processed by the electronic device and finally converted into an electrical signal related to the material level.
