Radar Water Level Sensor Transmitter,Level Sensor For Water
Radar level sensor emits a very narrow microwave pulse, the pulse to the speed of light in the space, encountered the surface of the measured medium, part of its energy is reflected back, the same antenna to receive. The time interval between the transmitting pulse and the receiving pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium to calculate the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium.
Working principle
Because of the high propagation speed of electromagnetic wave, the time interval between transmitting pulse and receiving pulse is small (nanosecond magnitude).The time interval between the transmitting pulse and the receiving pulse can be accurately identified by using a special correlation solution technology in the 26G series radar object level meter, so as to further calculate the distance between the antenna and the surface of the medium under test.
The radar object level meter USES a transmission frequency up to 26GHZ, and thus has:
-- small beam Angle, concentrated energy, stronger anti-interference capability, greatly improving measurement accuracy and reliability;
-- small antenna size, convenient installation and installation of antenna protection devices such as dust cover;
-- the measurement blind area is smaller, and good results will be achieved for small tank measurement.
-- shorter wavelength, more suitable for material level measurement of small particulate matter.
-- advanced microprocessor and unique EchoDiscovery echo processing technology are adopted, and radar object level meter can be applied in various complex working conditions.
-- using pulse operation mode, radar object level meter has very low transmitting power and can be installed in all kinds of metal and non-metal containers, which is harmless to human body and the environment.

-Power plant: coal pile, the original coal bunker, fuel tanks, reservoirs, waste gas purification tank, warehouse pumps, ash library, fuel tanks, etc.
-Oil field: crude oil or refined oil storage tank, three - phase separator, settling tank, sewage tank and oil - water interface, drilling mud tank;
-Chemical: crude oil distillation tower, raw materials and intermediate silos, reaction tanks, ammonia tanks, solid silos, separators, etc .;
-Metallurgical: ore silo, ore grinder, raw materials warehouse, auxiliary materials warehouse, blast furnace, alumina powder warehouse, electrolytic tank buffer tank;
-Cement: stone warehouse, raw silo, cement warehouse, coal warehouse, slag storage bin;
-Water treatment: reservoirs, sewage tanks, water treatment tanks, sedimentation tanks, deep wells, drinking water networks;
-Paper: raw materials warehouse, storage tower, drying drum, chemical materials storage warehouse, etc.
