Three common types
Gauge pressure transmitter
Most commonly used, it measures the pressure of pipelines or equipment relative to atmospheric pressure.
Absolute pressure transmitter
It measures pressure relative to a vacuum and is used in negative pressure, vacuum equipment, and precise working conditions.
Differential pressure transmitter
It measures the pressure difference between two points and is used to calculate liquid level, flow rate, and pressure difference.

Temperature: Ensure that the medium temperature is within the operating temperature range of the transmitter. For high-temperature media (200-400℃), high-temperature types or the installation of condensate tubes is recommended.
Corrosiveness: Select the wetted material based on the medium composition (such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy, ceramic diaphragm, etc.).
Cleanliness: For viscous or particulate-containing media, it is recommended to use a flat diaphragm design to prevent clogging.
