Flange Type Level Transmitter With 4G/NB-IoT Wireless For Remote Monitoring
A level transmitter is a widely used measuring instrument in industrial automation. Key Points for Selection
Measured medium: Select material and type (such as anti-corrosion type, high-temperature type) based on the properties of the liquid (such as corrosiveness, viscosity, temperature).
Measuring range: Choose the range based on the height of the container and the range of liquid level changes to avoid being too large or too small.
Accuracy requirement: Generally, 0.5%FS is selected for industrial applications, and 0.1%FS or higher is selected for precise measurement.
Environmental conditions: Select models with Exia/Exd certification for explosion-proof areas, and pay attention to the temperature range for high-temperature/low-temperature scenarios.
Output signal: 4-20mA (two-wire system) is the most commonly used, and models supporting HART or RS485 protocols are more convenient for integration. .
