Monocrystalline Silicon Pressure Transmitter With 0.05%FS Accuracy And 4-20mA Output
Working Principle
The core of the single-crystal silicon pressure transmitter is the single-crystal silicon diaphragm. A Wheatstone bridge is formed on the diaphragm through microelectronic technology. When the medium pressure is transmitted to the silicon chip through the isolation diaphragm and the filling fluid, the deformation of the chip causes a change in resistance. The bridge outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure. After amplification, compensation and linearization processing, a standard electrical signal is output.
Single crystal silicon pressure transmitter is a kind of industrial pressure measuring instrument with high precision and high stability. IV. Strain Gauge Pressure Transmitter
The strain gauge pressure transmitter is a pressure measurement instrument based on the "strain effect" principle, widely used in industrial automation, process control, scientific research and other fields. It converts the measured pressure into changes in resistance value through elastic sensitive elements and resistance strain gauges, and then the measurement circuit converts the resistance changes into standard electrical signals (such as 4-20mA, 0-5V, etc.) for output, achieving precise pressure measurement.
The core principle of a strain gauge pressure transmitter is the "strain effect": when pressure is applied to an elastic element (such as a metal diaphragm or strain tube), the elastic element undergoes a slight deformation. The resistance strain gauge attached to it also deforms, resulting in a change in resistance value. The resistance change is detected by a Wheatstone bridge and converted into a voltage or current signal proportional to the pressure, which is ultimately output as a standard industrial signal.
