Product Application
The ladle preheater is used to preheat the ladle before receiving the aluminum liquid. The aluminum ladle is used
to transfer the molten aluminum from the melting furnace to the holding furnace. But before receiving the molten
aluminum, the ladle is preheated by the preheater. The heating cover can be moved up or down by a pneumatic
cylinder. When the aluminum ladle moves into the preheater, the heating cover is moved down to bake the
aluminum ladle.

Main Features
