The WDL-557 is a versatile vacuum brazing furnace developed by WUXI WONDERY for high-mix, low-volume production scenarios. The 500×500×700mm chamber volume satisfies batch production requirements while maintaining process switching flexibility, making it ideal for shared use between R&D centers and production floors.
The furnace employs zone-independent temperature control with multiple molybdenum heating elements arranged along the chamber height, ensuring ±5℃ temperature uniformity throughout the 500×500×700mm space. The all-metal heat shield design not only eliminates carbon contamination but also minimizes surface outgassing rates, reducing pump-down time by over 20%.
Intelligent Zoned Control
Four independently controlled zones combined with FEM-optimized heating element布局 effectively eliminate temperature differences between top and bottom of the chamber. For multi-layer loading scenarios, the control system automatically adjusts power output to each zone based on actual loading height.
Rapid Cooling Option
The optional positive-pressure forced gas cooling system features top-bottom dual inlet design, creating uniform gas flow throughout the chamber. Cooling speed increases by 40% for large parts and 60% for small parts, significantly shortening cycle times.
Process Expert System
The built-in material database contains recommended process parameters for typical materials including titanium alloys, ceramics, and stainless steel. Operators simply input workpiece material and thickness, and the system automatically generates heating curves, reducing dependence on operator experience.
