This advanced hydraulic guillotine shearing machine is engineered to handle 12mm thick mild steel plates (with a tensile strength σb ≤ 450 Mpa) up to a 3200mm cutting length, making it an ideal choice for workshops and fabrication facilities requiring high-volume, accurate straight-line shearing.
The machine features a powerful and reliable integrated hydraulic system that ensures smooth operation, high safety, and minimal leakage, utilizing high-quality components like Saint-Gobain oil pumps. Its core strength lies in the intelligent E21S CNC control system, which provides precise digital control over critical parameters. Operators can easily adjust the blade gap via a worm gear, set the shearing angle (1°-3°) through the PLC for optimized material deformation and cutting force, and achieve highly accurate back gauge positioning (±0.10mm) with a motor-driven system, all displayed on a user-friendly LCD screen.
Built for durability and precision, the machine boasts an all-steel welded Q235 steel plate structure, analyzed and optimized using Finite Element Method (FEM) for superior strength and vibration resistance. It incorporates performance-enhancing features such as a hydraulic pressing mechanism to securely clamp material before cutting, four-edge usable blades made of wear-resistant 9CrSi material, and a three-point support rolling guide rail to eliminate clearance and enhance shearing accuracy. The upper blade holder is designed with a 1° forward tilt to facilitate scrap fall and improve workpiece geometry.
