Advantages of Mesh Belt Furnace
1) The continuous hardening mesh belt furnace combines the advanced technologies from Taiwan. Its key parts are imported from overseas. 2) The heat treatment furnacef for concrete nails is comprised of magnetic charging machine, precleaning machine, support roller mesh belt quenching furnace, quenching tank, oil remove stand, post-cleaning machine, support roller mesh belt tempering furnace, and electrical control system. 3) The quenching furnace and tempering furnace could be heated by natural gas which is energy saving, lower cost and higher efficiency. 4) The mesh belt is supported by the support rollers with synchronized movement so that the mesh belt bears a minimum tension. 5) The rollers are supported by special high-pressure sealed bearing. 6) The mesh belt is designed with abnormal transportation alarm device to assure the stable movement of the mesh belt. 7) The drip-in atmosphere is gasified by a gasifier and then sent into the furnace. The atmosphere is monitored and controlled continuously by an oxygen probe. 8) The hot mesh belt returns back to the entrance of the furnace and preheats the cold parts, which saves energy greatly.

The power supply of industrial furnace is to be decided by the customer's side. We are able to adjust the power supply (volt, and phase) through a transformer or of the customer's voltage directly so that the industrial furnace is ready for use at the end user's site.

The customer should provide the related technical requirements, drawings, pictures, industrial voltage, planned output, etc.
3. What is the payment term?
The payment term is 40% down payment, and 60% before delivery (T/T mode).
4. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of the mesh belt heat treatment furnace is 90-120 days after receipt of down payment.
5.Will you provide installation and commissioning service for the customer? We first recommend our customer to choose online commissioning service for the mesh belt furnace. But if the customer request, we would send our engineers to customer's side.
